Rental conditions

1. The rental period is calculated from and including the delivery day / dispatch date.

2. The leased property is the property of Roco-plt´ and the lessee does not renounce ownership of it due to this lease agreement.

3. The tenant may not pledge, lend, transfer or otherwise dispose of the leased property.

4. It obliges the tenant to insure the leased property. The tenant hereby leaves to the landlord all the right to the compensation paid from the insurance.

5. The tenant is responsible for their own or others' damage to the rented property, in addition to what can be described as ordinary wear and tear. The same applies if the rented property is lost.

6. The tenant must immediately in the event of damage to the leased property inform the landlord of any operational disruptions and circumstances (eg theft or disturbances) that may affect the landlord's ownership of the leased property.

7. The landlord or his envoy has the right to inspect the leased property during the rental period.

8. The landlord has the right to immediately terminate the lease and take home the leased property if the tenant:

        a.  Has given incorrect information at the conclusion of the lease.        

          b.  Does not meet timely payments for the leased property.

        c.  In violation of clause 3, dispose of the leased property.

        d.  Dies, is declared a minor, goes into suspension of payments or goes bankrupt.

        e.  In violation of clause 7 refuses to let the landlord or his envoy inspect the leased property.

         f.  Misleads the leased property or otherwise overrides the agreements entered into in the lease agreement.

         In the event of a breach of one or more of the above-mentioned points a - f, the tenant must, in addition to compensation, pay the due rent and the sum of the non-due rent.

  9. Until the date of receipt of the rented, rental payments run monthly. Interest is calculated on the amount due until the due rent is paid.

10. The rent payments are started in the first month after the start of the rent, as stated in pkt. 9.

11. The tenant is responsible for all transport costs. Transport damage caused by the tenant's treatment of the leased property is also the tenant's responsibility.

12. It instructs the tenant to insure the rented property during transportation.
