Ritmo Alfa 1200 Workshop machine

400 V 3F capacity Ø 630 - 1200 mm. Delivered ready for use incl. Basic machine with foundation for clamping jaws, tool set, control panel, heating mirror and planer. Hydraulic jaws 1 pc. right and 1 pc. left to pipe to pipe. Furthermore, a top cylinder is fitted to ensure stability during the welding process at the large pipe diameters. Feeding of planers and heating mirrors is done electronically. Reduction clamping jaws are supplied with the machine in the following sizes: Ø 630, 710, 800, 900 and 1000 mm. to segments.

The machine is also delivered with pressure characteristics according to DS70-6 free of charge.

Alfa 1200 can also make 90º T pieces Ø 630 - 1000 mm. as well as low 45º - 60º Y joints (branch pipes) Ø 630 - 1000 mm. These are additional accessories and must be ordered separately.
