Ritmo Delta 1600 Butt welding machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, intended for welding pressure pipes to water, gas and other media in the range from Ø 800 to Ø 1600 mm. Delta 1600 Also welds both cast and welded fittings, such as prefabricated bends, tees, y-joints and flanges.

• Working area: Ø 800 - Ø 1600 mm.
  
• Basic machine with 4 hydraulic pipe holders, 2 hydraulic cylinders.
  
• Heating mirror with electronically controlled temperature.
  
• Hydraulically operated planer with safety holder.
  
• Micro-switch that disconnects the planer if it is not mounted correctly in the base machine.
  
• Fixed hydraulic unit, with manometer, relief valve and control handle.
  
• Delivered only as 400 V
  
• Standard reduction set Ø 800 to 1400 mm.
  
• Crane can be delivered to the machine.
