Ritmo Sigma 1200 Pro Band Saw

Solid and robust workshop band saw intended for the production of segments and ordinary. cutting of different types of plastic such as PE, PP and PVC. The band saw has a working capacity of Ø 280 mm. up to Ø 1200 mm. Ritmo Sigma 1200 Pro is a vertical band saw that has the ability to swing - 45º to + 67.5 for the most rational preparation of segments and T-pieces.
Ritmo Sigma 1200 Pro is mounted with a laser indicator which shows where the incision is made on the plastic tube. The saw itself is operated from an operator's cab, with a mounted control panel.

The control panel has the following options:

• On / Off of control panel.
  
• Start / stop of the band saw.
  
• Laser indicator of section.
  
• Blade tension indicator (located by the handle on the saw bow).
  
• Joystick for adjusting degrees on the band saw.
  
• LCD display.
  
• Stepless adjustment of speed of feed of the saw arch.

Ritmo Sigma 1200 Pro has a V-shaped trolley, so it is easier to lay pipes in the saw. There are also 2 pcs mounted. hand hydraulic pipe rollers to make the pipes easier to move. The tubes are held in place via a mechanically operated fixture arm.
