Ritmo Delta 500 Butt welding machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, intended for welding pressure pipes to water, gas and other media in the range from 200 to 500 mm.
Delta 500 Also welds both cast and welded fittings, such as bends, tees, y-joints and flanges (flange holder must be purchased).

• Working area: Ø 200 - 500 mm.
  
• Basic machine down 4 pipe holders, 2 hydraulic cylinders with drip-free couplings.
  
• Heating mirror with electronically controlled temperature.
  
• Planer with safety holder and micro-switch that disconnects the planer if it is not mounted correctly in the base machine.
  
• Hydraulic unit, with manometer, relief valve and control handle.
  
• Delivered both as 230 V and 400 V
  
• Standard reduction set Ø 200 to 450 mm.
  
• Crane can be delivered to the machine.
