PE WeldBank

PEWeldbank is a universal data logger that fits virtually all types of butt welders and the only one on the market that complies with
standards in relation to DS 70/6.

PEWeldbank is particularly suitable for those projects/tasks where documentation of welding tasks is required with e.g. before and after pictures. The set consists of a thermometer and pressure sensor that sends a signal about pressure and temperature to the PEWeldbank app via bluetooth transmitter.

In the app, you insert the model and serial number of your own butt welding machine. Select pipe and type of welding and select which standard you want to weld according to - ISO, DS 2207-2208 etc. All parameters are registered here such as: model of welding machine, series no., size, temperature, pipe manufacturer, pressure etc. It assumes that by data logging, a calibration of one's machine is done for the sensor set and then it is just welding as usual.

The app is downloaded and available in 2 versions, one of which is free. If you want the full version, it requires a monthly subscription.
