Ritmo Delta 800 Stuksvejsemaskine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, intended for welding pressure pipes to water, gas and other media in the range from Ø 500 to 800 mm. Delta 800 also welds both cast and welded fittings, such as bends, tees, y-joints and flanges.

• Working range: Ø 500 - 800 mm.
  
• Basic machine down 4 pipe holders, 2 hydraulic cylinders with drip-free couplings.
  
• Heating mirror with electronically controlled temperature.
  
• Planer with safety holder and micro-switch that disconnects the planer if it is not mounted correctly in the base machine.
  
• Hydraulic unit, with manometer, relief valve and control handle.
  
• Delivered only as 400 V
  
• Standard reduction set Ø 500 to 710 mm.
  
• Crane can be delivered to the machine.
  
• Flange holder can be delivered to the machine.
