Ritmo Basic 355 Butt welding machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, intended for welding pressure pipes to water, gas and other media in the range from 125 to 355 mm.
Ritmo Basic 355 also welds both cast and welded fittings, such as prefabricated bends, tees, y-joints and flanges (flange holder must be purchased).

• Working range: Ø 125 - 355 mm.
  
• Basic machine down 4 pipe holders, 2 hydraulic cylinders with drip-free couplings.
  
• Heating mirror with electronically controlled temperature.
  
• Planer with safety holder and micro-switch that disconnects the planer if it is not mounted correctly in the base machine.
  
• Hydraulic unit, with manometer, relief valve and control handle.
  
• Delivered as 230 V 50 Hz.
  
• Standard reduction set Ø 125 to 315 mm.
  
• Master adapter set Ø 250 mm.
