Ritmo Alfa 1000 Workshop machine

400 V 3F capacity Ø 355 - 1000 mm. Delivered ready for use incl. Basic machine with foundation for clamping jaws, tool set, control panel, heating mirror and planer. Hydraulic jaws 1 pc. right and 1 pc. left to pipe to pipe. Furthermore, a top cylinder is fitted to ensure stability during the welding process at the large pipe diameters. Feeding of planers and heating mirrors is done electronically. Reduction clamping trays are supplied with the machine in the following sizes: Ø 355, 400, 450, 560, 630, 710, 800 and 900 mm. to segments.

The machine is also delivered with pressure characteristics according to DS70-6 free of charge. Alfa 1000 can also make T pieces Ø 355 - 800 mm. and 45º - 60º Y joints (manifolds) Ø 355 - 800 mm.
