Ritmo Delta Dragon 250 CNC and Delta Dragon 315 CNC 

The Ritmo CNC controlled butt welding machine is available in 2 different versions: SA, where the heat mirror is removed manually or FA, where the heat mirror is removed automatically

The control unit that controls the CNC system is equipped with an operator-friendly control panel. Several different welding standards are imposed  fc. DS70-6/Insta, 2021, ISO, GIS, DVS and others). After specifying the standard, material, size and SDR, all welding parameters are calculated automatically If the welding to be performed is not specified in the proposed list, it is possible to own welding parameters and thereby manually set the individual parameters (diameter, SDR, material). At the end of each welding, all welding reports are saved and 4000 can be stored.
The control unit has a USB port from which it is possible to download the welding reports in PDF and perform the firmware update.
DELTA DRAGON is equipped with the Ritmo SMARTLock patented locking mechanism for reductions.

The complete machine includes:
- Basic machine including hydraulic station.
- Heated mirrors such as SA or FA.
- Planer with microswitch.
- Hydraulic hoses with drip-free quick couplings
- Stand for planer and vamrepjejlCutter support

- Reductions for Ø 75 to 225 mm (DELTA DRAGON 250 model) and 90-280 mm for DELTA DRAGON 315 model)
