Ritmo Delta 1000 Butt welding machine

Hydraulically operated butt welding machine, intended for welding pressure pipes to water, gas and other media in the range from Ø 630 to Ø 1000 mm. Delta 1000 also welds both cast and welded fittings, such as bends, tees, y-joints and flanges.

• Working area: Ø 630 - 1000 mm.
  
• Basic machine with 4 pipe holders, 2 hydraulic cylinders with drip-free couplings.
  
• Heating mirror with electronically controlled temperature.
  
• Planer with safety holder and micro-switch that disconnects the planer if it is not mounted correctly in the base machine.
  
• Hydraulic unit, with manometer, relief valve and control handle.
  
• Supplied only 400 V
  
• Standard reduction set Ø 630 to 900 mm.
  
• Crane can be delivered to the machine.
  
• Flange holder can be delivered to the machine.
