Ritmo Alfa 400 CTB Workshop Machine

Professional workshop machine where there is a requirement for large welding capacity and functionality. It has a welding capacity from Ø 110 - 400 mm. in both alm. segments and in T and Y pieces. The clamping jaws on the workshop machine are hydraulic and also come with a top cylinder as standard. Electric planer and heating mirror are fed hydraulically. The operator desk is easy to operate and the welding process itself is CNC-controlled. Data logging of each individual weld and these can be downloaded via USB connector.

Delivered ready for use incl. Basic machine with foundation for clamping jaws, tool set, control panel, heating mirror and planer. Hydraulic jaws 1 pc. right and 1 pc. left to pipe to pipe. Reduction clamping jaws in steel are supplied with the machine in the following sizes: Ø 110 - 355 mm. to segments.

The machine is also delivered with pressure characteristics according to DS70-6 free of charge.
